Family & Consumer Sciences Class Creates Pavlova

The sophomores in Kay Theer's Family and Consumer Sciences class recently made Pavlova. Pavlova is made up of a hard-shell meringue, whipped cream, and fruit. This dish was believed to have been created to honor Russian ballet dance, Anna Pavlova, during a tour of Australia and New Zealand.
