Mrs. Mahoney's Biology 10 class is raising regular corn and albino corn to see the differences. Studying genetically-modified plants was another investigation. Roundup ready soybeans and regular soybeans were planted, and then they grew mustard seeds as the weeds. Putting roundup on both samples proved the roundup ready plants would survive and the other soybeans died. This was done in conjunction with the genetics unit.
