Grabill's Artwork Selected for State Art Awards Exhibition

Senior Silver Lake Student To be Honored on February 27th

Silver Lake senior Jenna Grabill recently received word that her artwork has been selected for the 5th Annual Nebraska State Art Awards Exhibition in Omaha, Nebraska on February 27th, 2010.  The judges were "impressed" by the quality of Grabill's work and had over 1600 entries in the competition.  

The awards ceremony will be held on Saturday, February 27th, at the Omaha Public Schools TAC Building at 3215 Cuming Street in Omaha, Nebraska at 1 PM.

"This is a tremendous achievement and we would like to recognize [Jenna Grabill] for her talent and dedication to the arts.  Congratulations...[her] success is an honor for her, as well as your entire school." as stated by Angie Fischer, Supervisor of Art Education, Omaha Public Schools.

Congratulations, Jenna!  We are proud to call you a Mustang!
