Silver Lake Elementary Hosts B.I.N.G.O Night

On Friday, August 19th, the Silver Lake Elementary kicked off their year with Back To School Bingo Night. New Teachers At Silver Lake

Silver Lake is excited to have welcomed three new teachers for the 2016-2017 school year. Food, Fun, and Friends

On Friday August 19, the FFA organization held a barbeque to help them recruit the junior high students into the chapter. It was a fun filled evening with food and friends. Elementary Jump Start

July 25th, started the Silver Lake School 2016-2017 school year for 20 students volunteering to attend Jump Start throughout the following two weeks. Golf Season Comes To An End

On Monday May 16 the Silver Lake Golf team went to Grand Island for districts. Unfortunately nobody made it to state, but, they tried their hardest. Jared Lewis shot a 62 on the front nine holes and  a 57 on the back nine to go into the clubhouse with 119. Reid Parr shot a 80 on the front nine holes and a 64 on the back nine to go into the clubhouse with 144. The weather was not great that day, so, that did not help anyone’s . . .

Saturday May, 14, marked the day when 13 Silver Lake seniors became Silver Lake HIgh School Alumni. Parr Is Burke Bound!

On Wednesday, May 11 the Silver Lake Track team went to Wilcox for District track. The team did very well although only one person qualified for state. Senior, Sydney Parr qualified by getting second in the high jump,  with a jump of 4’10”. The Silver Lake boys overall scored tenth and the girls scored ninth.
