Local Art Show to Display Silver Lake Students' Work

St. Marks Episcopal Church in Hastings is hosting The Elinor Bartholomew Fine Arts Festival at their church and they have invited artists from the area to participate by submitting art to the show which will be displayed form April 21st through May 20th. Artists can choose to sell their pieces at the show.

On April 21st, the church will be hosting an artist reception to kick off the Arts Festival. All artists who submitted artwork which were chosen for the show are invited to attend the reception.

Silver Lake Art department has several pieces which have been accepted by the students and their teacher, Mrs. Trish HInrichs. The artists who will have pieces displayed during the event are:

Mrs. Hinrichs will be taking the students to the event on April 21st, which will consist of a public reception for the juried art show, announcement of awards, gallery talks by invited artists, and a Victorian high tea.  Congratulations to our Silver Lake art students and instructor Trish Hinrichs!
