Important information about Silver Lake's Communication System

The school's communication system, AlertNow, is capable of sending text messages during emergency events. You can sign up to receive emergency text messages by opting in at the designated AlertNow website. Again, these text messages will only be sent out in emergency events.
AlertNow also has a feature called AlertNow Access which allows you to customize the phone numbers you want to be reached at for specific events. For example, you can have a different primary number listed for weather related events than you have listed for meeting reminders.
Anyone interested in either the AlertNow text message or customization features should e-mail Kim Bonifas at kbonifas@esu9.org and instructions for implementing these features will be sent out.
