The Mustangs ended their season with a winning record of 8-2. They did an amazing job for their first year playing 6-man football. It has been an exciting year for everyone: coaches, players, and fans.
Fellow senior team members, Jaydn Grabill and Cat Perez expressed their feelings about the season by saying, “Everyone tried his hardest. It was a good season. We would really like to thank the coaches for putting up with us all season, and we’d like to thank the fans for supporting us all season long. Good luck to the underclass. Go Mustangs!”
Head Coach Duane Arntt said, “The kids played a tough hard hitting game. The outcome came down to missed extra points and turnovers. The season was very successful, this team tied the Silver Lake record for the most wins in a season and broke several other team and individual records. As a coaching staff we are proud of the way the kids performed. We would like to thank everyone for their support this season!”
