Philosophy of Education	The first 9 years of my career, I was a teacher and coach. This is my 18^th year as a school administrator, and my 9^th as a Superintendent. In my position as a school administrator, it is my objective to keep the district financially stable and fiscally responsible. More importantly, it is my foremost goal of helping teachers in the quest of providing the very best education for the students of the district. With every decision that I make, the priority question that I ask myself is, “How will this positively affect the children of the district and their educational opportunities?”
Personal Information	I have three children, two young adult sons and a daughter in high school. They are everything to me. I enjoy watching and attending sporting events, listening to country music, good movies and old sitcoms on TV. My favorite food is almost anything. I have a great young dog named “Snickers”. Like everyone, I hope to win the Powerball someday.
