Computer Software Request Form
If you have any immediate and/or future software needs, please fill out and submit this form to Mr. Mahoney to make your formal request to the administration and the school board. If needed, contact Kim Bonifas for help filling out the purchasing information portion. If the software will apply to more than one subject area, all teachers involved can fill out one form. Software that can be used in more that one area will be more cost effective, and remember that the students will each have their own laptop so a license will be needed for each student that will use the software.
