Educational Background |
My high school education was received at St. Cecilia in Hastings. I started my college career out at Hastings Central Community College. After spending two years of getting my general education classes done, I transferred to a small college in San Antonio Texas. The college I attended was The University of the Incarnate Word. After I graduated with my undergraduate, I came back to Hastings to complete my graduate degree in teaching at Hastings College. |

Philosophy of Education |
All students deserve positive feedback, ongoing communication, knowledge of their community and a safe environment in which to learn. When I see a student motivated or frustrated it encourages me to strive to show and help them succeed in whatever way possible. |

Personal Information |
My family has been known, in the community of Hastings, to be very involved. I know how important it is to have a good support system around you at all times. Reflecting upon that, I too want to show my support and be a good example to those around me whether it is in the classroom, at a school event or volunteering. |
