Silver Lake Boys Attend Hastings College Choral Event

On Monday, March 4th, seven Silver Lake students along with music teacher Calyn Schulte attended the annual Hastings College Young Men in Harmony choir activity, which brings young students together from central Nebraska for an afternoon and evening of music. The young men representing Silver Lake this year were Tyler Horton, Catarino Perez, Kasey Johnson, Harold Hoy, Alex Jones, Dustin Peters and Jaydn Grabill. After an afternoon of rehearsals, the group performed an evening concert for the public. Parent Julie Grabill commented, "This is the 4th year we have attended the Young Men in Harmony event, and it's always great. Our boys did a great job performing!"
